Q: What is your return policy?
A:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the product(s) in new condition to Snoobli within 30 days from the date of delivery and
you will receive a full refund plus tax. Note: The charge for shipping will not be refunded.
Q: Can I request a refund for my donation?
A: Due to the rapid delivery of the donation books to the organizations, no refunds will be available for donations.
Q: Can I donate a book to a person?
A:
Unfortunately, the donation program is only available for
organizations such as Schools, Churches, Day-Care Centers, etc.
Q: What is the best way to care for my Snoobli Book?
A:
Spot clean with a mild detergent and air dry. If it is necessary
the book may be put in a pillow case or mesh wash bag and machine
washed on the delicate cycle in cold water only. Be sure all appliques attached to their respectable pages and leave the book closed.
To maintain new appearance, you may use a fabric lent shaver- these can be found at your local discount stores.
Q: Some of my removable appliques got damaged/lost, can I purchase more?
A: Yes, a full set of the removable appliques may be ordered by phone, call 1-877-766-6254 for further details.
Q: Is it possible to have more than one kid on a single book?
A:
Sure, up to two (2) children may be featured in a single story;
however, one child must be designated as the main character. The
main character will receive an assigned Snoobli Kid Number and be
featured on the cover of the book. Both children's names will
appear throughout the story and both children will have full-body
removable appliques within the book. | | | |
